Follow the work from start to finish
Read the record in the order a player experiences it. How do they join the job? What equipment, vehicle or ingredients do they need? Where does the work happen, and what brings the task to a close? Those questions reveal whether a resource fits a short casual shift or a business staffed throughout the evening.
For a production route, inspect the vineyard job or slaughterhouse processing job. For a public-facing business, compare the restaurant creator. A firefighter role creates another kind of team activity.
Plan the connections outside the job
Check the supported framework and any inventory, target, billing or management requirements. Decide where its items enter and leave the economy. Set payouts alongside your other work opportunities and inspect who can access employee or boss functions.
Some occupations also need a suitable building or work area. A job script and an MLO are separate purchases unless the package states otherwise; the interior catalogue helps you compare spaces when required.
Test a full shift with an ordinary employee account, then repeat the management actions as an owner. Include off-duty behaviour and a reconnect where the job keeps ongoing progress.
