Free Pickle's Surgery System

A surgery system that lets your doctors operate on real patients and on training dummies. On a real patient the resource can resurrect a dead player to put them on the table, then either heal them or, if the operation fails, kill them. Nothing quite like it has shipped for FiveM yet.

How it plays

You work with your hand. Hand targeting lets you grab and interact with props on the table instead of clicking through a menu, so each step feels like part of the procedure.

Surgeries run on real players and support dead players, so a downed patient can be revived for the operation. Fail one and the player dies, after which you can try again or leave them where they are.

The five surgeries

Ships with 5 custom surgeries, all open to edit, and you can add more of your own:

• Heart Surgery
• Kidney Surgery
• Lung Surgery
• Arm Surgery
• Leg Surgery

Tools

Each procedure uses its own instruments:

• Scalpel: cuts tendons
• Saw: cuts bone
• Syringe: heals bleeding wounds

Training Mode

New doctors can run any surgery in Training Mode before touching a live patient, so they learn the steps without killing anyone by mistake.

Rewards

Pay out for work done on real players and during training:

• Items
• Cash
• XP (uses Pickle XP by default)

Surgeries can be restricted to specific jobs, and there is more to configure beyond that.

Requirements

• ESX (1.1+) or QBCore, or code your own bridge for another framework. The bridge is fully accessible.
• Ox Lib (required, works anywhere).
