Advanced Crafting: Placeable Tables and Blueprints

A player places a crafting table where they want it, previews the items it can make as props, then lines up several jobs in the queue. While the work runs, the craftable items render on the table. Permanent tables can also be set in the config, and tables can be added or removed through exports.

Rules you control

• Success rate per recipe
• Parts that stay in the inventory instead of being consumed
• Custom actions that run before an item is crafted or queued
• Whether other players can view and steal crafted items from a table
• Item metadata generation, for serial numbers and similar (items must meet the metadata requirements)

Learning and levelling

Blueprint items teach new recipes when used. XP is tracked by category rather than in one crafting pool, so players can level particular skills. It uses Pickle's XP System by default and can be pointed at your own through the bridge.

Cooking

A cooking system with fires and explosions, configured per item, for when something is overcooked.
