Free In-game Ticket Manager

A support ticket system that lives entirely in-game, so players never have to leave the server to open a ticket or chase a reply. Works on both ESX and QBCore.

When a player opens a ticket they attach their position, a title, the message, and a category. Staff pick it up, reply, and change its status. If the player is online, they get a notification the moment a reply lands or the status moves.

What players and staff can do

• Players file tickets with position, title, message, and category
• Players and staff reply back and forth on the same ticket
• Online players are notified when a reply comes in or a status changes
• Staff work everything from in-game, no external panel

Configurable to your setup

• Categories: included out of the box and fully editable
• Statuses: set the color, the label, and whether replies are allowed on each
• Permissions: decide who can view and answer tickets
• Theme: restyle the UI to match your server
• Command: rename the command players use to open the panel
• Webhooks: pipe ticket activity to Discord
