The record
Put health, hunger and speed exactly where each player wants them on screen.
Setting up the screen
A player opens the HUD settings menu and starts arranging: status readouts to one corner, the speedometer to another, colours changed to suit the server's look. Every element can be moved, so nobody is stuck with the default layout.
The choices in the menu
- Status: three display settings
- Speedometer: four types
- Colours: recolour the status readouts
- Units: kilometres or miles
- Load time: adjustable, so you can keep the HUD light
The speedometer that remembers
Speedometer type 2 does more than show speed. It displays the distance each car has covered, read from the recorded data, so players can see how far a vehicle has really been driven.
