Brake Overheating

A standalone brake mechanic for FiveM. Brakes heat up and cool down based on how the car is driven. Lots of acceleration and hard braking pushes the temperature up, and once it climbs too high the brakes start to glow and fade, so they lose stopping power exactly when a driver is leaning on them.

Upgraded brakes overheat slower and cool down faster, which finally gives the brake upgrade a reason to exist at your mechanic. Expect a few more visits to the shop.

• In a vehicle: 0.01 to 0.02ms
• Hot brakes: 0.04 to 0.07ms
• Near multiple vehicles with hot brakes: 0.05 to 0.08ms

Compatibility

Built standalone, so it runs on any server. Tested with ESX, QBCore, QBox, VRP, and setups running no framework at all.
