Choose the location for the group
Consider how members arrive, where meetings happen and what access the public should have. The Ballas hideout, Vagos base and Triads interior provide different settings to inspect against the identity and size of a faction.
An interior establishes rooms and scenery. It does not create membership, storage permissions or income unless those systems are specifically included. Plan the scripts needed to make the location work as a group base.
Decide what the group controls
For an ongoing activity, review Gang Territory or the gang system. Identify how members join, what changes when territory is won and which rewards enter the economy. Keep access permissions and management actions tied to the right ranks.
Test a session involving two groups before release. Check the start and end of a contest, the ownership state afterwards and what a reconnect does to each participant. For the map, inspect doors and nearby interiors with the rest of your city loaded.
