House Robbery ft RAINMAD

Buy a welding machine from the mission NPC, take the job, then weld your way into houses across the map. Go in alone or bring friends, search every corner for carriable loot, and crack the private safe before the owner wakes up. Sell or trade the stolen goods back at the NPC where you took the contract.

Dependencies: ESX, QBCore (all versions) or Qbox, plus ox_lib.

How a job runs

• Get the gear: purchase the welding machine from the mission NPC, then pick up the house robbery job from the same NPC.
• Set the hours: tie jobs to the in-game clock so robberies only happen at the times you choose.
• Break in: head to the marked area and weld the keypad to open the house.
• Clear the house: search corners for collectables, grab carriable items, and open a private safe using the minigame of your choice.
• Mind the resident: a houseowner sleeps in the bedroom, armed with a bat or a gun.
• Cash out: return to the quest location to sell the stolen items or trade them for other items.

Three house tiers

Three pre-configured house types ship ready to use:

• Lowend
• Midend
• Highend

You can also build new houses for robbery and edit searchables, collectables, safe, resident, prices and rewards inside each type.

• Inventory: ox_inventory, qs-inventory, qb-inventory and others (integration required for qb and other inventories, see the docs). Item lists and images are included for inventory scripts.
• Target: ox_target, qb-target, qtarget.

Logs, files and performance

• Detailed Discord logs for buy, sell and trade items, job started, finished and canceled, and any item or money won.
• Idle usage of 0.00 to 0.01ms.
• Ships on FiveM Asset Escrow, with an open source version available in the store.
• Bridge and locale files are open for notifications and many editable settings.
