Fire RP dies for one reason: between calls, firefighters have nowhere to exist. Gabz's fire station gives your LSFD an actual home in Davis, so a shift plays like tour life at a firehouse instead of idling in a parking lot waiting on the next pager tone.

The apparatus bay handles your engines and rescue units. The living quarters carry the roleplay: crew dinners in the kitchen, bunkroom arguments over the thermostat, the chief's office chat after somebody kerbed the ladder truck. That downtime is what turns a fire department into a department.
