All products sold on Official Tebex Store are digital FiveM resources delivered instantly through Tebex. Because checkout, billing and fulfilment are owned and operated by Tebex Limited, refunds are handled under Tebex’s digital-goods policy.
Digital delivery
After payment, your purchase is linked to your CFX account in Keymaster automatically and is available within minutes. As these are instantly delivered digital goods, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.
When you may be eligible
- The product is faulty, broken, or materially not as described, and the issue cannot be resolved.
- A duplicate or accidental charge occurred.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket or reply to your Tebex order receipt with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you and Tebex to resolve it.
Updates & support
Updates are free for the lifetime of each product. If something isn’t working, reach out before requesting a refund — most issues are config-related and quick to fix.
